Kris Brown and Brown Wegher are TERRIBLE. Purchased a condo that she listed in multiple listing as new and later found out a large family and their dog lived in it for 8 months. During a meeting with her Broker agent and the contractor she claimed it was still new even though someone lived in it. She also claimed she did not have to provide a disclosure statement because it was only rented prior to being sold thus it was new. She even argued the fact with her own broker. What a joke.
