Absolute garbage product and company. I ordered 5 cartridges from them several months ago as a backup. Fast forward to last month when the black cartridge started acting up so I replaced it with one they sent. I get an error message on the printer saying basically “no communication”. Ok, try the other black cartridge they sent…it doesn’t work either. Contact customer support and they say they’ll get back to me. No contact for two weeks, so I reach out again.
