Went last week for a long-overdue haircut (I think I let my hair grow out for almost two years...) and was even late by 10 minutes due to an incident on the skytrain. Despite it all, Nicole was so kind and accomodating. And the cut she gave me is so cute, and frames my face even when I put my hair up. I've already gotten compliments from friends.
