I’ve been going to this gym for the past few months and can’t say enough good things! The owner goes above and beyond to make the gym feel like a family environment everyday. The owner makes sure that you feel at home when you arrive! The trainers are very insightful when it comes to showing you new exercises to help you reach your goals! I plan on working out here as long as I’m in Martin County!

Rude owner, argumentative and would rather bully someone into staying at their gym than being gracious and doing the right thing! Read the fine print and go somewhere else. No respect

1Fitness is IT ok. I reached out about a month prior to my vacation and Mike (owner) was absolutely fantastic. He gave my brother-in-law and I a "week pass" for the time that we were there. Not only was the price fair, the customer service/response time was out of this world. To keep it short and sweet...this gym has everything that you need and MORE. Mike and his family were so welcoming! I have been visiting for the past week and they let me come workout. Great atmosphere and very friendly! Thanks again!
