I was visiting Stuart area over the holidays and was looking for a 24/7 gym that had everything I needed to continue my Firefighter Challenge training. I contacted Mike and he was great to chat with and work out a win-win solution! The gym had everything I needed, the members were polite, clean, and focused. Mike met me in person and gave me a tour and a key fob and it worked out perfect! I would highly recommend 1Fitness whether you live or are visiting the area. Great gym and customer service!! Definitely better options out there in the Stuart area. Equipment is dated and they will probably be missing something that you’d like to routinely use. The main trainer Mike Strauss Jr. is lousy and gives the place a really bad vibe. Finding a gym close to home is key, but take my advice and venture a little further for something better.
