I am a 1Fit member but will be cancelling it because of my work schedule. I totally loved the workouts, the coaches (except for 1) and the organization of it all. Very well organized and very clean gym. I loved the positive energy the coaches had. Especially Aaron. If it wasn’t for Aaron, I probably wouldn’t have stayed as long as I did. I had an appointment to hear the details and I felt like I was dealing with a money hungry bad car salesman. I'm sure the place has benefits, but I expressed my feeling of it all sounding "gimicky" if you sign up now without trying our gym, you'll save $600. But if you do the $28 two week, no limit workout, you forfeit the better price. I was clear with my disappointment and never got a call back to see how they could possibly fix it. Let me save you some time and gas. I came here because they advertised a “FREE” 5 week transformation program. It’s actually only 2 days per week and best believe it’s NOT free. They charge you a $195 security deposit which they will only refund if you complete all the requirements. I could not take my chances on losing that money and its only good for you if you know absolutely nothing about fitness or nutrition and need a place to start. I ended up going inside of here because I thought opportunity to go to a free training. I wasn’t a good fit because I live far away, but the attention in the care the guy gave me maybe wish I was closer. I can tell he really cared because even though he knew I wouldn’t sign for the program he still delivered value was incredibly caring and I could feel that if I was able to go to the gym, I would be supporting if you get a chance, I highly recommend sign up for this gym and if move back in the area.
