I had Will, Yazen Herz (?) install my heat pump and I must say that they were an extremely polite bunch of young men. They always asked permission to use the facilities and were very patient when asked questions. Everything was explained fully and I felt confident with the system when they left 6 hours later. This was a wonderful company to deal with. The time between our home assessment and the installation of our Tosot Heat Pump system was surprisingly fast. The installation team was exceptional. They were very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable in helping us choose the best placements for our 4 unit system for maximum efficiency. We are absolutely loving our new heat pump system which is incredibly quiet and comfortable.
