After many years of using 1Clean Air for multiple properties, unfortunately we will never use them again. We booked a carpet cleaning which was confirmed MONTHS in advance as we knew the demand for service is high at month end. Less than 3 weeks before the service call, they advised us that they couldn't fulfil the request due to "maintenance" and left us zero feasible options. 10 days later or 10 days earlier is unhelpful when managing a month-end rental turnover. They are a scam of a company. They were in and out in under an hour. This house had 38 vents. Plus my dryer vent. Plus the AC coil. There is no way it would be that quick. I had an AC technician come in and he said you need a special tool and license to do AC coils and it would take 40 min alone to do the coil. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. My last house was half this size and that company (through Home Depot) took 4.5 hours to clean 20 vents and dryer vent.
