This company is shady. It's called 1choice but someone from Go Air Ducts shows up, in an umarked van, no name tag, immediately wanted to come in my house, he didn't even introduce himself! When I asked him who he was, his response was "im the chimney cleaner," and had to integrate him for more information. Rep gave me suspicious vibes. Do not use this company. They are rip offs. They charged me 800.00 to reporter my chimney. They were there less than 30 minutes. Told me my chimney cap was ok. Had real chimney company come out and my cap was leaking, they used wrong type of morter, left many cracks still in original morter. I called them to come back and finish. That was over two weeks ago. I cut my losses and hired a professional chimney repair company.
