Hired in Lithgow, first time I've ever used a Towie. Needed my car jump started and parked in rear of properly/alley. Receptionist was super lovely, Towie was professional/easy going and got the job done - was even willing to problem solve with me in regard to parking issues, it took longer figuring that out but they still charged me the base rate/what was quoted on the phone the day prior. Both were great to work with and using them was completely stress free. Highly recommend.
Welch's have done a couple jobs for my Ute now over the past year and they always do an outstanding job. The finish of the paint work is top notch and they are always very helpful with questions and queries. I highly recommend them if you want the job done well and to a very high standard of workmanship.
Got this tow company to remove a vehicle for me to take to the scrap yard. They gave there word that it would go to be crushed just to see it up on market place months later being sold for parts and still is up for sale!!!!!!!. Used welches quiet a few times for tows and they are the best around town always on time reasonable prices explain everything there gonna do and most importantly have always taken the utmost care for my cars
Do not recommend. Tried to tell me my motor was basically going to make more money off me when it was just a fan that stopped working and that’s why the car was overheating. Do not go there they will lie and try rip you off.
