I had to replace my door opener. The other estimates I got reeked of upselling and lacked integrity. Daniel explained options and quoted a fair price for the replacement. No pressure. He was extremely polite, friendly, and respectful. I got an appointment for installation on the next day. He showed up right on time and did the installation quickly and cleanly. I would recomment 1A Garage and him highly.
Vince sent his technician out the same day and the technician was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and solved the problem and fixed it immediately!
I have used 1A on three different ocassions. Vince has always been responsive and on one accasion gave me some coaching to talk me through an issue over the phone. Rather than coming out and charging for erevice he was helpful in resolving the issue over the phone. This showed a high level of integrety. I appreciate the responsive, professional and quality work. Today Tony was a technician and my mom‘s house. It was on time, knowledgeable, and the price was very fair. I highly recommend this company.
Daniel did a great job super professional and fast! Thanks
