Friendly and great customer service.
HORRIBLE CRIMINAL ESTABLISHMENT. My friend's car was towed from the scene of an accident that was not her fault. She was taken to the hospital. The police authorized towing her totaled car to this chop shop. We arrived to retrieve personal belongings from the car and were told we could not unless we provided $500 CASH FIRST.
Wonderful and fast service. James was unbelievably kind and helpful - he even tried to help solve the problem on site to avoid towing the car all together. I would highly recommend this company.
Neighbor called my car in to be towed, they towed my car didnt tell me told me they would bring it back that evening or first thing in the morning no charge! Nothing, no car!
