Moving to a new city and finding a stylist is always a daunting experience. I took a chance on Rome four years ago while visiting Seattle and I’m so happy I did. I’ve been coming to 19th Street Salon on Capitol Hill for about two years now and absolutely love it. I see Kyrsha, and she always does an amazing job with my hair.
