Very good bagel place. Cool atmosphere and decor. Nice merch too. Unfortunately the delicious food is not matched by the inconsistent service. The coffee/soft swirl and surf shop staff is so friendly and attentive, while the guy running the register at the bagel shop is the complete opposite. I hope he was just having a bad day and that is not always this way because we love supporting local businesses. We hope to come back soon and try some other options.

This is a 3 in 1 shop with the bagel shop, surf shop, and a cafe/bakery all connecting. Staff were super nice and helpful. I believe it’s a locally owned and the quality is great. Everything taste fresh and well made. We got the acai bowl, old bay bagel with egg, breakfast bagel, and the rough seas bagel. 10/10
The food is harmless, but the customer service is an absolute disaster. I placed a mobile order for food and coffee. At the counter, the designated pickup shelf was empty when I arrived. I waited politely, seeing that the workers were busy. Turns out, I wasted my time. While some food was on the pickup shelf, mine was held behind the counter. Been multiple times, normally slighlty disappointed. Everything was slightly wrong. Chai latte was only filled 2/3 with no foam. Forgot the creamer in the coffee. Missing ketchup from sandwich. Toasted bagel is barely toasted
