I loved going it was so much fun
I absolutely love 1989 Pole! All of the instructors are incredible and make you feel so comfortable when you are starting out! I have learned so much from them in just a handful of lessons. It is such a fun way to increase your fitness and confidence!

I absolutely love everything about 1989 Pole! It is a fantastic way to have fun, get in shape, and build confidence! I have seen noticeable improvements in my abilities, appearance, and confidence in the few months I have been going to classes! It is my favorite part of the city.
