Be careful, there’s snakes around the property! And yet, we paying pet control every month smh! Also, we have residents walking their dogs with no leash on! Be on the lookout, you might get attack or your dog!

The air conditioning unit is not working. It’s 86 degrees outside, but the current temperature in the unit is 84 degrees. I called emergency maintenance to find out what the emergency option is, but it seems that the emergency option has been removed. I can only leave a message and wait for someone to get back to me. I’m paying $1,700 in rent and have a two-year-old child. I would expect the office to understand this since of regency. but I’ll just have to wait until someone gets back to me or the office opens.
Truly 10/10 recommend. I was just a walk in tour and Terrence greeted me with a great bubbly personality, his knowledge about the property made everything so much easier on making my decision to move here. The amenities and the office was clean and presented really well….depending on my job I will definitely be moving here. Thanks again Terrence!
Be careful, because, the residents are are not having a leash on their dog! So you might get attack by a dog or resident! And the office? Yes they’re sitting back doing noting! And on top of that of that, my AC unit went was off, we had an emergency heat heat and guess what? No maintenance person was around! And I just paid my paid! My bf went on YouTube and had to figure out how to fix the AC because tje office was not available! The worst! Do better Stoneriver
