While the leasing office people are friendly enough, this place leaves much to be desired. It's a luxury price tag but not luxury living. The apartments have trendy features and appearances but they aren't built with quality in mind. The property itself is generally pretty quiet but inside the apartment is a different story. The management and maintenance teams are friendly, responsive and quick when we contact them about anything, which is basically good, but there are many bad points. Good point, umm it is quiet at night and many amenities. That's it. Bad smell from the pipes in the bathroom in my room -> I called maintenance and they said they couldn't fix it.
