Such a horrible business for such a nice area. This place needs to go somewhere else. My Doctor is no longer there and I am out of my prescription. I called to make an appointment with another doctor and the gentlemen over the phone told me I can just walk in the next morning because the doctor that I will need to see will be there until noon. The receptionist is absolutely rude. Good luck on receiving quality care at this facility since Dr. Broussard left, along with all the good PA’s. Even though we live in Harmony, I’d drive 10 miles to see another doctor than trust my care to this facility.
Office NEVER returns phone calls. I started going to the practice December 2018 and every time I have had a question or needed a refill, it has been like pulling teeth to try to get anything accomplished or get help. I tried submitting for a refill with my pharmacy for a medication and it kept getting denied so I called the office and left multiple messages without so much as a return phone call. Most of the people who work here are nice enough but I'm angry at how they treated my mom recently. My mom was in a car wreck at the end of December that fractured her spine and injured her left leg. She has been slowly recovering her mobility, and in the meantime, she has understandably needed to be on tramadol (a pain killer) and methocarbamol (a muscle relaxer).
