I lived at this rental for 11 months of my 12 month lease. Lori Moore, the owner comes across as very sweet and professional but she is anything but that. She showed up at the property unannounced weekly stating she was doing yard work, yet she pays another tenant to do it, so why would she be there handling the yard? This is a great rental. Love the patio in the front. Perfect for 1 or 2 adults, separate for the noise and the hustle and bustle of the freeway. Everyday I see eagles, falcons, and owls. Bird nests are visible, and the air is so clean compared to San Diego. I felt so safe even at night. Great neighbors who care.
