I regret to share my highly disappointing experience with Dr. Hoda Nabizadeh's office. I urgently contacted them on December 5th, 2023, seeking an appointment due to my severe cancer situation. Despite my efforts, including emails and calls, there was no response. When I called again today January 19th 2024, I was informed by the administrator, David, that he had tried reaching me on January 4th, which I found puzzling as I had no voicemails, texts, or emails. I’ll give 0/5 star if I can. The front desk/admin Asian lady was extremely unprofessional, so rude! I was looking for Dorevitch pathology at the same level for a blood test but got lost. So I approached her and waited at the front desk then she yelled at me in front of all the other people! I was so embarrassed and felt so disrespected. She shouldn’t do her job if she can’t even at least respect other people and can’t handle any stress. Wouldn’t recommend AT ALL!!!! You wouldn’t want to be treated this way Lady!!
