Good place . Staffs are polite and friendly .
I would give them zero stars if I could because had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. Before booking my appointment, I emailed my referral letter from my GP, which clearly stated that my treatment would be covered by WorkCover. Despite this, the admin staff still gave me an appointment without informing me of any issue. I regret to share my highly disappointing experience with Dr. Hoda Nabizadeh's office. I urgently contacted them on December 5th, 2023, seeking an appointment due to my severe cancer situation. Despite my efforts, including emails and calls, there was no response. I’ll give 0/5 star if I can. The front desk/admin Asian lady was extremely unprofessional, so rude! I was looking for Dorevitch pathology at the same level for a blood test but got lost. So I approached her and waited at the front desk then she yelled at me in front of all the other people! I was so embarrassed and felt so disrespected. She shouldn’t do her job if she can’t even at least respect other people and can’t handle any stress. Wouldn’t recommend AT ALL!!!! You wouldn’t want to be treated this way Lady!!
