Thanks for letting me drop in! Everyone was so welcoming and encouraging, and I really appreciated not having to introduce myself like the awkward new kid on the first day of school. 😂 The gym may be smaller than what I'm used to, but it's clean, organized, and the equipment is well maintained. The music was loud, the coaching was great, and I even walked away with a new PR! Thanks for making me feel at home—I can't wait to drop in again next time I'm in town.
1910 CrossFit is such a welcoming, community-building, team-oriented gym. Nobody is a stranger here! The vibe is super community-focused, and parking is a breeze with plenty of space. It’s very inclusive for all ages, which is great. Coach Friday does a fantastic job creating that friendly, inclusive atmosphere.
Friday is an outstanding coach! Every class is well-structured, challenging, and fun. She brings a ton of knowledge and takes the time to make sure everyone understands the movements and feels confident, regardless of fitness level.
