Traveling through from out of town. I ran into problems with rattling and rubbing sounds in this front steering area. Took it to 191 service center on a Saturday morning. They looked at it immediately and quickly found the problem. A missing caliper bolt. The mechanics were honest, respectful, and clearly very knowledgeable. Had truck trouble while on a getaway in the area. Tried the local Chevy dealership first and they were no help at all. The guys at 191 got us right in and had the issue fixed super fast and saved the day. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Was coming from out of town and my check engine light came on, their customer service is great and they took the time to explain what was going on with my car. They do not have wifi in their waiting room but do have a TV with Roku Channel
I was in Campton visiting inlaws, needed to get my transmission serviced. The folks at 191 were friendly and very knowledgeable. I am a retired master mechanic, i was impressed with the cleanliness of the shop, it was immaculate. I had an appointment, the service was knocked out quickly. My impression overall was that these mechanics are honest good guys doing quality work. Would rate higher if i could.
191 Service center Saved my Butt. I’m from Indiana traveling to West Virginia to ride ATV’s. My 2013 Duramax broke down. Had something get into my radiator. So I’m 4 hours away from home and 2 hours from my destination. Had the truck towed to them. Wow what a clean nice shop. It was just before closing on Thursday.
