Brisket was genuinely good. Difficult to top in a small town like Twisp.
pretty extensive menu of BBQ and other items and the flavors were outstanding. I was really pleasantly surprised at what a great meal it was for such a small town.
Peter was a 10/10 server. Super kind and gracious, made sure all our food was made to our specifications. He kept us entertained throughout our meal, and checked in on us at just the right times. Our drinks were served properly, and he was very quick about getting our food and drinks to us. The food was delicious and all the sauce options were seraphimical.
I ordered the pitmaster for two people to go as we were driving through. We received 1 sausage 2 pieces of brisket 2 pieces of bread a 1/4 cup of potato salad 1 cup of pulled pork a 1/4 cup of slaw and a cup and a half of Mac with 1 piece of turkey. This is for 2 adults??? Definitely not
Very mediocre barbecue with pretty small portions for the price. I was there with a party of six and we got three pitmaster platters to share. When the platters came out we thought each one was for one person because I could have pretty easily eaten the whole thing. Per person you get one slice of brisket, one small rib, a little hunk of Turkey, half a hot link, and some little jars of sides. Thats seems like very little for $27. The barbecue just wasn’t very good either. Left feeling still hungry and a little bit scammed
