They always go above and beyond to ensure my stay is comfortable and enjoyable. DO NOT FILL OUT AN APPLICATION HERE it is a SCAM. This building and NAYA are the most unprofessional and rude staff, They are pitching SCAMS programs and then refuse to refund deposits and return calls, My move in date was set and then suddenly I was being asked for more info etc, and then NOOONE Responded for weeks while they held money they refuse to return . SCAMMERS
I moved here in February and the staff here are everything. They’ve done such a great job cultivating a great community and culture. I can see why folks have been here for many years. I love my apartment, LOVE my ocean view but above everything it’s the staff for me!!
1900 is so aesthetically pleasing. The beautiful decor and great amenities are 10 out of 10! Nyaa, Wendy, Cynthia and Bren are so personable and welcoming.
