I have been living here for four years and the first two and a half years would be five stars while the last 1.5 year has been a difficult one for me. The management changed from Greystar to Bozzuto in the last 1.5 years and my experienced changed night and day. I have experienced several problems with the management of this building that has been taking a toll on my mental health. We had the pleasure of bringing our catering our smoothie service to 19 Dutch and it was truly a beautiful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was vibrant, the residents were energetic and welcoming, and the overall vibe of the community was warm and full of life.
