We have been very happy at 23 Lynnwood for the past three months. Martin has been very kind and helpful throughout the whole process. He’s always very busy cleaning and taking care of any little thing that comes up. I would not hesitate to suggest too friends that they come live at 23 Lynnwood. Keep up the good work Martin
I tried to write a review of a kindness shown to me by 2 women, one lives in the same building as I and the other in the building directly across from me. I'm not sure that I did it correctly so I am writing another one hoping it at least gets through. One woman is known to me - Rhonda is the regional manager for 23 Lynnwood Drive and the other a resident was a stranger (Debbie). Being a 10-year-plus tenant of 19 Lynnwood Drive and having 3 different property owners/managers, Equiton has been the best property management team to date. With Rhonda and John as building Managers, the building is well-maintained. The building is always clean, and repairs are done ASAP thanks to Rhonda's knowledge of office procedure and John's meticulous cleaning method.
