Great gym, amazing staff and a very warm environment with all the gym goers.
One of the best gyms in brum its right up their with ironworks, ultimate fitness and emporium. Good hammer strength equipment which is sectioned out and sorted for each body part honestly it was like walking into a sweet shop. Could do with more cables tho but with free parking, long opening hours and no half-naked women it's a no brainer
This is honestly the most untidy gym I’ve ever been to. The equipment was disgusting, with mould and built-up dust on the machines I used and I have pictures for proof. Pls clean your machines as well properly. I was shocked that people weren't getting sick there; I felt so grossed out that I left. There was a sign reminding everyone to put their weights back, yet weights were left on machines everywhere.
