Good gym. Good equipment. Yet more expensive than most others.
Great gym full of lots of equipment for body builders, also do good classes for hiit and fighting stuff, staff are extremely helpful and nice especially ibby, if you want a good session put you through the paces, go to him!!
I’d had enough of commercial gyms so tried this one as a change a long time ago now for a few months. Equipment is good and there’s lots of it, place is clean and there are boxing bags you can use on the floor above if there’s no classes. I used them a couple of times for sparring as it’s quite private from the downstairs area. Ibby and his brother Sarj were lovely and made me feel safe and comfortable as it’s a male heavy gym.
