My friends and I stayed here for Mardi Gras and loved it! The location was right on the parade route and walkable to many restaurants. We were younger than the other guests, so we enjoyed the quiet and calm stay since it was during Mardi Gras and not in the French Quarter. The hostess was very nice and accommodating and we loved talking to her Thank you for a great night in New Orleans!
Listen we stayed almost a decade or so ago and have sent so many friends there over the years who all come back with the same review... Just unreal everything. Location, cleanliness, experience, authentic... Most of all were the owners Larry and his puppies! Im not sure if the same ownership but it looks just as beautiful from current posts as it did back then. Top room though, definitely haunted! Lol
I LOVED my time at O’Malley!! It was such a cute place and so much character. There’s a tram nearby and a few spots within walking distance. Sally was so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Breakfast was yummy too I’d definitely stay here again. Thank you!!
GORGEOUS old home with all the authenticity and character of New Orleans. Its conveniently located to easy access to French Quarter. However, the best part of the stay was Salima. She welcomes you as if she already knows you. She goes above and beyond her duties to make sure you feel at home. Combining her hospitality with location and beauty of this home, makes for a winning combination. Her hot breakfast and coffee were delicious 😋 Don't look any further. Just book this accommodation. Wonderful stay! Good location in a quiet neighborhood more removed from the city centers, but easy to access them via the streetcar. Ms. Sally is a great hostess and genuinely cares about you enjoying your stay - all you have to do is ask/check-in. It's more of a hands-off service style, but very hospitable and polite. Also nice to have a break from the hustle and bustle of visiting the French Quarter. I will be back!
