We rented an Uhaul from Twisted RV in AP the understanding that they would be there from 10-2. We arrived as the vehicle we rented was being dropped off. Once the previous renters finished he dropped the keys in the lock box. We waited around but no one came to the office, so we had to call Uhaul to find out what we need to do, after some searching the agent was able to find another location in Rockport that was open and she transfered the reservation to this location.
