This was my first time at this location. When I read the reviews I was skeptical, because they were bad reviews. I'm glad I didn't adhere to the bad reviews, BECAUSE THEY DID A GOOD JOB ON MY CAR. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING. THE KNOWLEDGEABLE INFORMATION SHARED WITH ME WAS GREAT AS WELL. THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE OWNER OF THE ESTABLISHMENT WAS THERE TODAY AND I LIKED THAT VERY MUCH. The reason why I said that I liked the owner being there because it shows that he is an equal as well as his staff. Horrible service. My car looks exactly as it went in. They have horrible customer service and the men that do the drying, work as if they hate it there. The inside was just as bad. The trunk was never vacuumed either. Never again! Take your money somewhere else !!!
