My partner and I were very disappointed with the blatant lack of communication with 1864 Construction throughout the build and after handover. We thoroughly recommend that a building inspection is completed if chosing to go with this company prior to handover as we found numerous defects and careless finishings (gutter fell off due to not being screwed in, poorly concreted areas with drains cemented in, broken tiles, warped wardrobes, airconditioner missing parts, carpet not nailed in properly, insulation not laid properly, ... read more
