The chicken strips at 1860 Saloon are the reason I keep coming back. Hand-breaded, never frozen, fried to order. Crispy outside, juicy inside, and they actually taste like real chicken. Not the frozen bag stuff most places push. Ranch and honey mustard on the side seal it. Best chicken strips in Soulard, hands down. The rest of the spot matches the food.
