I had to use my home insurance 1859 . My house was hit by the tornado at Lakeview Ohio. March 14. I got hold of my insurance they sent an adjuster to the house. No time I had money to start fixing the house. It was harder to find a contractor then deal with insurance. I just want to thank my 1859 mutual insurance company they are great. Never had a problem with claims .Been with them since 1988.
They will scam you anyway possible to avoid paying for a claim. Be prepared to justify a lot of your damaged items. Their insurance adjuster will even crawl on your roof and try to repair the wind damage themselves. Horrible experience.
Absolutely garbage they treat customers like trash not professional what so ever. Zero compassion the customer! Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy
