Very unprofessional. I had a life insurance policy that was originated in the Allentown branch. Had a very high end policy that I felt I was being taken advantage of by this rookie adviser. After I received very negative messages from the advisor I quickly terminated my policy and accepted the cash value. Glad that I switched to a new financial advisor who treats me with respect.
