We were very pleased with 1845 Bardo, everyone was very personable and helpful during the build. Very, very professional, dry out the whole process. Here recently we had an electrical storm and it knocked out quite a few air conditioning and well houses in our area. During our hectic build, we forgot to add a surge plug to our air-conditioning. We just finished our barndominum build with 1845 and are very happy with our experience. From the first time we met Charlie, we felt like family. We weren't afraid to ask questions and questions we asked. We decided to proceed and 7 months after we signed our contract, we moved in. Our contractor was Trey and he did a phenomenal job getting people and things in place and on time. Has everything been perfect - no, but life isn't perfect. My partner and I were interested in working with 1845 to build our first home. After seeing the reviews and watching their Youtube videos, we were very excited to get started. We already had a piece of land and were loving the Barndo style and price point compared to a stick build. We live in North Carolina so we were working with Rob. I live in NC. Very disappointed in the responsiveness of the Southeast team. I was ready to say yes to building a barndominium but they went radio silent on me after visiting my lot, talking about all the marketing they’d do for the build etc. everything was awesome but I’m not in the business of tracking down people for updates.
