My dad began to replace the power steering rack and pinion in my car before having a heart attack and being unable to finish it. I had the vehicle towed to 183 for them to finish the job he had started. After not getting to my vehicle until 2 weeks after they had told me they would look at it, they finally told me it was something they could do.
