We went for happy hour. But apparently because we were one or two minutes early, we were charged full price. Edit: We did mention it when we were in. They didn't do anything. We made a reservation for 9:00. We got there 2 or 3 minutes early. She seated us immediately and took our order. The nice thing to do would have been to punch the order in at 9:00.
I'm a few months late but my husband and I had dinner here in July and it is far and above any other restaurant in Perth. Our server, Steve, was incredible. We had the steak and the bruschetta and I still dream of that steak 2 months later. Exceptional.

My friend and I were at the Perth night market and we were looking forward to trying out 1827 and when we arrived was greeted at the door horribly. No desire to go back.
