TERRIBLE NEW OWNERSHIP! Read before going to this place I'm extremely disappointed with the drastic decline in service and communication since the new owners took over. The previous owners, Amy and Eric, were exceptional, and we never experienced any issues during our time at the unit. Unfortunately, the new owners have consistently demonstrated poor communication skills. This storage facility used to be excellent. Then, the owners Amy and Eric sold it to out of town people and it went downhill from there. The electricity wasn't transferred so we were locked out of our units for days. The new owners raised prices and evicted people. The son harassed people while they were moving out in a very intimidating way. There are much better storage places in town like MAB storage.
