DO NOT GO HERE. ZERO STARS. I am very disappointed with the quality of this place. I brought a brand new jumpsuit to be hemmed and when I went to pick up the product at original scheduled pick up time I was told by the front desk girl, to come back as the jumpsuit was taken to the tailors home to be hemmed. I was not aware that they take the products out of the cleaners location. I went back after the weekend just to find that my brand new jumpsuit has a stain on the front of it. Service is good. Good staffing. Needs a little more structure, the place is small so structure and organization would take their business to the next level. Was able to get my suit pressed, but they kinda misplaced it at first, but quickly found it. I almost fainted.
Not sure what happened here. The owner has disappeared. I brought pants in to lengthen the pant legs and they widened the waist, and that was after being a week later than promised. After “fixing” their mistake still charged full price for the damaged pants. I don’t know if the place was sold, but sad to say this is the current state of the place.
After they inherited me as a customer from the previous owner, who passed away; after they had me for a loyal customer for years and years; after I forgave them for sloppy mistakes over the years, because everyone is just human and things happen; after they had lost countless socks and underwear and after I had been telling them that for years, when they finally lost quite a few items in my laundry, I asked them to give me a little credit to make up for some of my lost items that they had lost. I've always been so happy with the work done here, and the owner is such a nice person. Her prices are also much cheaper than some of the other tailors in the neighborhood.
