Extremely disapponting experience-I would not recommend this cleaners to any one. I brought valuable dress (by Oscar de la Renta ) to Yore Cleaner to be professionally cleaned. Instead, my dress was completely ruined and without my consent, they threw my dress away. I asked for a compensation of the dress, they reused to pay compensation. They were very rude. I will take them to civil court to resolve this matter. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before bringing an expensive or delicate garment to this cleaner.
Rudely dismissed me after I asked if they can tailor my jersey; he answered and said yes. I proceed to show him my baseball jersey; and he just randomly says no (after originally saying yes) and rudely gestures for me to leave. Just go directly across the street. They do tailoring and cleaning, You won’t regret it.
This is my favorite dry cleaners!! I come here all the time! They truly work magic. Nearly every stain I’ve brought in has come out PERFECTLY. The tailor does a fantastic job on every alteration, too. I’m always telling friends about this place and encouraging them to try it. The prices are very reasonable for the excellent quality of work. Highly recommend!!!!!
i have tried to support this dry cleaner for years as they are local and a small business but after the amount of shoddy work i need to warn others. numerous times i have had to go back and get things re-fixed because they either forgot or they missed things. last year i had a dress hemmed and they reapplied the ruffles without pressing them so it looked cheap compared to the other ruffles on the dress, i had to press them myself. this year they took in a pair of pants for me and forgot to resew the patch. i also asked if th... read more
DO NOT GO HERE. ZERO STARS. I am very disappointed with the quality of this place. I brought a brand new jumpsuit to be hemmed and when I went to pick up the product at original scheduled pick up time I was told by the front desk girl, to come back as the jumpsuit was taken to the tailors home to be hemmed. I was not aware that they take the products out of the cleaners location. I went back after the weekend just to find that my brand new jumpsuit has a stain on the front of it.
