Our trip started with leaving from another location dealing with a bad experience. Angela the front Manager made sure her team took good care of us soon as we booked our room. As Diamond Elite members we were looked out for by Mariam and Alexandra ensuring our room was upgraded and they had the crew make sure it was clean and ready to let us check in a little early. What a Great Stay! Alyssa checked us in and she was so Helpful and friendly! All of the staff that we encountered were so friendly.It was quiet, clean and comfortable after a long day at the parks. We would definitely return. THANKS for making our first trip to Florida awesome.
