OK location and nice maintenance crew. Management was nice until they weren't. You will not get any of your $500 security deposit back because they ask a third party to deep clean your apartment, which is fine but I wish they had just told you that when you sign your lease. Despite paying for any last fees and having a $0, they will send you to debt collections anyway.
