Dean and Chelsea were both really helpful throughout the entire move-in process! They moved quickly, communicated clearly, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Everything has been great so far, and the location is awesome!

1801L Apartments is priced like it’s a new luxury building, but it simply isn’t one. If you’ve lived in better buildings, the differences are obvious. I didn’t have time to do much research before signing a lease with 1801L. I’ve done a lot of research since then, and I’m shocked at what this building charges for what it offers.For the same rent or less you’ll have many other options in Midtown that are significantly nicer, newer, bigger, and offer much better amenities. Eli, Dean, and Chelsea are fantastic! I couldn’t decide on a floor plan and they walked me through multiple units, several times each. The whole process was smooth, and they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.
