1801L Apartments is priced like it’s a new luxury building, but it simply isn’t one. If you’ve lived in better buildings, the differences are obvious. I didn’t have time to do much research before signing a lease with 1801L. I’ve done a lot of research since then, and I’m shocked at what this building charges for what it offers.For the same rent or less you’ll have many other options in Midtown that are significantly nicer, newer, bigger, and offer much better amenities.
