Took 10 weeks for the old hag who answers the phone to tell me that the part didn't come in after confirming a few weeks prior that it would. She also told me I wasn't charged. Guess what, I was charged. I'm glad I told her I was going to double check my bank account. Funny how I see a refund pending after I got off the phone with her. Never again will I order from this company. Don't let them rip you off. If they don't want to return your money put a claim with your bank. They'll get your money back.
I ordered a part 08/23 and got the confirmation email saying it was processed. I never received further communication from them of shipping. I reached back out 9/26 to inquire and got no response. I would avoid this company at all cost.
Ordered a lid for a blender, got no updates. Called customer service a few times in almost 2 months to get an update on my order and the rudest supposed customer service rep kept saying the lid is on back order. Finally, the last time I called, almost 2 months after I made the order I called for the last time and she said that the lid was still on back order and gave me an attitude saying maybe you should just cancel the order and look for the lid somewhere else. Just DON"T. Ordered a simple plastic part for my coffee grinder on June 14 and it's July 12 and I'm still waiting for it. Asked for a refund via e-mail listed in the order status e-mail and got a bounceback. Called customer service and they gave me another e-mail (not sketchy at all). No bounceback but no response. Meanwhile, went with the manufacturer for a couple more bucks in shipping costs and they delivered the part in 4 days. This is not to mention the rude customer service when I call.
