Great experience! The burner pan I needed for my fireplace works perfectly. I was educated on how to install the Real Fyre pan to create the most heat. It's also visually stunning. I highly recommend FIREPLACEandBBQs!
Enjoyed working with Christopher in January. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during this process. He gave tips and pointers for installation which made my job much easier. Will work with him again.

Christopher is amazing to work with! He's knowledgeable, and he welcomed all my questions and answered them completely. The process of buying and installing was clear, quick, and easy. I am very happy and highly recommend this place! When I drove up, it looked like a loading dock or warehouse, but when I walked in, Christopher was welcoming and had lots of fireplace displays to show me.
I walked in to the store today to buy a fireplace and didn’t see anyone. So I knocked on the little side door to see if anyone was there. I knocked 4 times, and someone on the other side of the door knocked back 4 times exactly like my original knock. Not sure what kind of games they are playing but I don’t have time for it. When the dude came out he was on the phone and rudely said with an upset face “I’ll be with you in a minute.” And he went back through the side door. I just walked out after that.
