Chris is a wonderful resource and professional provider. HIGHLY recommend you contact him for any support you might have. He helped me get my gas logs set up better. I know we’ll be adding a ventless insert to our fireplace in the spring.
Christopher was very knowledgeable of product choices and expertly and patiently sorted through the best options for our fireplace. He was honest and actually advised against overbuying based on our setup. He was on time for the install, very respectful of out home and left a spotless worksite. I gave him 5 stars only because 7 stars was not an option. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
We remodeled out fireplace and needed a new set of logs. Christopher had exactly what we were looking for and gave us advice on how to set it all up with the sand, lava rocks, and embers. We are really happy with our purchase.
Great experience! The burner pan I needed for my fireplace works perfectly. I was educated on how to install the Real Fyre pan to create the most heat. It's also visually stunning. I highly recommend FIREPLACEandBBQs!
