We ordered a chime kit about a month ago and paid just over $100 for it. Well it never came, so we look at the Fed-ex tracking number and see that it shows delivered. I called 1800 doorbell and left a message with my phone number since it was after hours, never got a call back , strike one. My wife follows up a few days later and the customer service rep tells her that Fed Ex shows it as delivered and it’s not their problem in so many words and that we should deal with Fed Ex.
