The mask I ordered hurt my nose and leaked every time I moved (yes I know how to wear a mask correctly). 1800cpap won’t exchange. I found what I needed on RAPID CPAP for $30 less. Really wish I wouldn’t have wasted $85 at 1800Cpap.

the system it self/ lightweight
Delivery of our first purchase was later than expected, which made us nervous. But the company's service recovery has proven top-notch - they rectified the issue and offered more-than-adequate recompense to make up for the late delivery.
