This was my first time using a rug cleaning service like this and it went really smoothly. They came by, rolled up the rug carefully, and took it to be cleaned properly instead of doing it in the apartment. When it came back, it laid flat right away and looked so much nicer. Even the worn areas seemed improved. I’m really happy I didn’t try to clean it myself.

The antique rug cleaning they did for my silk flatweave completely changed the atmosphere of my living room. When they picked it up, it was dull, heavy, and honestly embarrassing to display. After the factory cleaning, it came back looking lighter in color, softer in texture, and far more elegant. I’ve had this rug for years, and I didn’t even know the original design had so much detail until they brought it back refreshed.

I had two rugs cleaned this month one small Persian rug and a big beige carpet that covers most of our family room. Both came back looking incredible. The beige carpet was full of everyday dirt and small stains from coffee and snacks, but it looks spotless now. The Persian rug looks restored, not just cleaned, and it feels soft underfoot again. It’s amazing how much of a difference it makes when everything smells fresh and looks new right before the holidays.

Our large dining rug had food and drink stains that had set in over time. They managed to get every mark out, and it feels soft and fresh again. I was honestly amazed.
