Ordered $100 flower arrangement, and it never showed up. No follow up from the company. It was as if they didn’t even know whether it had been delivered or not. Chat closed on me twice and I had to wait on hold and then listen to someone try to sell me on delivering them a week and half late before they finally agreed to refund me. Never again, terrible company.
I ordered a $100 dozen roses a week ago for my anniversary, the day they were supposed to be delivered, at 3:30pm, I get an email saying the "vendor" can't complete my order. You had a week to get this processed and now you're going to tell me the day of you can't do it? Never using this company again, a complete rip off!
Wish I had seen these reviews sooner. I can attest that out of the FOUR deliveries this year I have scheduled, not any of the Tucson ones look like the pictures. I am pretty sure this is a scam place. I did their "passport" thing for free deliveries but no thanks, cancel my sub they have been sort of embarrassing but at least something showed up - looking nothing like their posted photos of the arrangement.
I highly recommend using a local florist over 1-800 flowers. The arrangement I ordered did not look anything like the photo. The flowers were withered, minimal, and very sad-looking. It was embarrassing seeing the photo of what was received. Upon messaging with someone on their customer service team to receive a refund (which is the only way to submit a complaint/ticket), here's all the back and forth I went through... Twice I have tried their service and have had problems each time. Most recent for mother's day. The changed recipients name. Advised me that item was no longer available tge day AFTER it was supposed to be delivered. One representative had a hard time understanding English.
