They don't give a delivery time frame. Then if no one is home they keep the flowers and leave a stupid, surprise ruining note. Customer service is non existent
Ordered for vday never arrived got an email saying they attempted delivery but never did I have a doorbell camera very disappointed
I ordered flowers for Valentines day and have to say that I am very disappointed in the quality of the flowers. Taking them out of the box they dropped petals immediately. I have photos of the flowers taken just one day after delivery. They are wilting. What poor quality they send out. I will not be ordering from 1800 flowers again. If this is the quality that they send out they can keep the flowers. What a waste of money. Save your money and shop local.

I was trying really hard to impress someone on Valentine’s Day. And yes ordered late but by paying extra money they promised they would deliver. Then I had to sit on hold for 30 minutes after texting with bots. Just to be told they couldn’t do it and maybe could do it tomorrow. Shop local!
