Beautiful property, nice staff.
Isaiah was AWESOME! He was very nice, answered all my questions and showed me a few floor plan options. The common areas seemed really great and I appreciated the options. Unfortunately the rest of the property is not so great. Especially the units. They are rundown, outdated and in some cases just plan gross. For the kind of money these are going for I expect much more. Very disappointed 😞.
This is the filthiest and most disgusting place I have ever lived in, with the most incompetent management I have encountered. Being Venezuelan and having lived in Peru, I can confidently say this is the closest you'll get to a third-world experience in San Antonio while wasting your money for “luxury living.” If you are a professional, military personnel, or someone who values cleanliness and safety, this place is not for you. We moved in two years ago and loved it here. They went from luxury to disgusting. There is trash everywhere, the walkways smell so bad from over flowing trash that was left there for a week, neither elevator is working, gates haven’t worked in 6 months, doors that require a fob are always open, and pool can’t seem to stay clean. Also pretty sure they are buying reviews. No one that visited in the past two weeks would have been impressed. The elevators (both in this case) are always broken without any notification. The gates are always broken and anyone can come in. The trash is always piled up and in the way. This isn’t the first time the trash has been directly in front of the elevator. I’m just tired of it and I hope people see the reviews and know that the price and location is not it… especially not for this garbage.
