Staff are amazing and friendly best vape store in the city
I had a fantastic experience at 180 Smoke Vape Shop! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome, and the staff was incredibly friendly. They took the time to really understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect vape setup. The team is very knowledgeable about their products and took the time to explain the differences between options without any pressure.
Was there for the second time and it didn’t make a good impression either of them. Mostly due to staff’s attitude ranging from
Worst customer service ever. I’ve ordered an item on their website (not at this specific location) and selected “same/next day delivery” option at checkout (paid more for that). It’s been over 5 days trying to get ahold of customer service since my order hasn’t arrived and no one contacted me about the delivery. No responses over email or phone.
