Rude and incredibly patronizing staff. I was actually lectured by a store representative on the definition of "patronizing"—she really took her rudeness to that extreme. Looking at other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one experiencing this behavior. The staff will openly challenge you because they know management won’t do anything about it. I realize this business likely won't care, but they’ve lost a customer. I will not be returning.
Kayla was helping me today. She was very informative and helped me make my decision based on what I needed. One of the best experiences ever!!!
10/10 vape store! Kayla and Cass are absolutely amazing and helped me find everything I needed, been coming here for years and never once had a complaint !
