I can’t recommend 180 enough. I’d spent the last 10 years only wearing black tshirts, never taking my top off on the beach and generally feeling insecure. I didn’t know anything about form and my diet was questionable at best. Since starting in January, I’ve dropped 10kg and gained real muscle. I finally feel comfortable and confident in my own skin. Great place for training and friendly people
180 Gym in Poole is without doubt the best gym I’ve ever been a member of. Despite being in my 40’s I’m well on the way to being the fittest I’ve ever been. My coach, Nick Patrick, is as supportive as he is knowledgeable and attending the Metcon classes make you feel like part of a family.
A clean, safe gym with excellent equipment, lovely atmosphere and great coaches. Thank you for helping me with my training during my time in Poole.
