I'm not sure how all these five-star reviews exist. Just in the one experience I had with this company trying to get my mother's medical device refilled, I would say to stay away from this place. First, calling their number during regular hours was met with a request to leave a voicemail (such was never returned), and secondly a text line for customer service that was replied to with "we are closed and cannot respond" even though it was business hours. I just received my second order from 180 medical. This has been easy from the beginning. I receive a text when they are ready to ship and I receive my supplies on time. Thus far I have no complaints with this company. I am very pleased with the service that I have received.
Great supplier for me. Came through when my previous supplier failed me miserably. Deliveries are on time and product is what I want.
I'm extremely happy with 180 medical. I was close to running out of my catheters and they sent me a supplemental supply within two days and then a regular supply the next day.
My doctor forgot to send over my order. I called and they were very caring and concerned. Their sales rep even hand delivered some catheters to my home to hold me over till my was delivered. The best customer service ever
